Why does car emits small amount of black smoke when turbo kicks in? Especially changind gear from 1st to 2nd & then 3rd?

Because the fuelling is increased simultaneously, for a very small time there is more fuel going in to the cylinder compared to the air which travels a longer distance. It might help if you clean / replace your air filter.

    Cheers

My car's air filter is just 2000km odd old. I changed oil filter, air filter and engine oil (may 2500kms back) and I am still facing this issue? What will be other factors to be checked?

What painting work? You seem to be running into Pandit Auto very frequently (met you twice already there when I was visiting to check on my Linea's repairs). Seems you have a good rapport with the guys there since it takes quite some effort to drive from Hadapsar to Bavdhan and unless you are assured of some good service, you will not drive that far.

Thats true Sid. I am getting quite a good service from Pandit Auto and has few SA friends at Pandit. Shaunak, Anil, Rahul & Babar takes care of my car.

There is little damage to rear bumper and I want to paint it from them.

Shaunak: Service Advisor from Pandit has asked to share my ownership log of my Punto 90HP with some photos and some impresive mileage figures and they will be showcasing it at reception of service center. He want ownership log for all FIAT cars and now they are looking for ownership log for Linea Tjet to display it in Pandit Service Center.

@Sid would you like to share you ownership review of Tjet with Pandit?

I had interacted with Rahul and Babar when they were working with Pandit Auto @ Tilak Road. Rahul was extremely customer centric whereas Babar came across as brash and hasty on most occassions. I still remember when the odo on my Palio had stopped working 2 years ago and someone on PUG suggested to replace the kilometer sensor - I asked Babar to do the same at my next service. However Babar jotted down 'replace speedo console' in his job-card with additional labour charges to remove the dashboard. It was only when I saw the job card that I told him to not touch the console but fix the sensor that he made the corrections. This change worked for me.

I interacted with Shaunak when I had to service my Tjet after the accident repairs were done. He was allright.

I am game to share my ownership review with them.

Re: My FIAT Grande Punto 90HP (Abarth)

Detailed my Punto on last weekend as it has many tar spots and she didnt get bath for long time in monsoon.

So first took her to washing center and washed carefully using Eagle One Nanowash n Wax shampoo. Then at home again a normal wash just to remove some mud from tyres and on bumpers.

I Used a homemade remedy to remove tar as I dont wanted to spend much to remove tar spots. I used Kerosene in shampoo water and used it on tar spot and cleaned it using MF Cloth and to remove the kerosene effect used Mr. Muscle.

After removing most of the spots, I washed car once again at home. After washing the car waited for few mins and then wiped water using magic cloth (it soaks the water easily) and then used Amway Silicon Glaze all over the car and got one layer of wax on the car. For the final touch used Eagle One quick detailer aka liquid wax spray and I had one more layer of wax on my Punto.

Now enogh are the words let the pictures of my Punto speak.

Superb, Punter. Would had loved more to see the car in outskirts too

Don't you think using Mr. Muscle may harm the paint? Normal shampooing would also had removed the kerosene remains.

So when will you demo the same on my Formula Red Stile
