Punter - I am seriously fine with doing away the arm-rest. Just need to imagine how it would like look without the arm-rest. Will let you know once you have the Vitamin M

I actually rest my left hand on my left knee when I am cruising along. That works much better for me than the arm-rest. As Ravvee said, it's an irritant sometimes when shifting gears.
My lug nuts require more torque than your Honda makes

You can have a look of Any Linea Active, Dynamic which are not equipped with Armrest.

All Armrest accessories including rear Aircon will cost around Rs. 5,000. You wont be able to sale it as your armrest has a rear AC vent. I was just joking.

Oh ok, then you can buy Liena TJET and swap engines, and give me Linea with your diesel heart

You can fit universal arm rest in Alto which will cost you around Rs. 1100.

    Wow Punter!!
Your car is turning out to be an amalgamation of the best in the FIAT world.

Ever since I got my Jet, I had it on my mind to get white rocker stripes on both the sides of the Jet. I love the Mustang's rocker stripes and if I have to get one on my Jet, it has to be like the ones as shown in the below pic:

I had 2 concerns with this though.
    1) Finding someone to get this job done efficiently
    2) How would these stripes hold up in the long term?

I think your friend in Hadapsar has done a fabulous job. Can you PM me his contact details?
How have your stripes held on so far, especially with the car wash guys and the small pieces of stone that our cars pick up during our daily commute?

NOTE: I am only referring to the side rocker stripes and not the rally stripes running from the front bumper, the roof and the boot. I am not that adventurous for now

Just a wicked thought, instead of having the "Tjet" badge on your MJD, why not create a "Mjet" which could be a short form for "Multijet"

I checked for this badge when I was in UK but it is not available in market. Tjet was the only option for me.

Re: My FIAT Grande Punto 90HP (Abarth)

It was time to change the engine oil, oil filter and air filter at 37000km on odo.

    1) Shell Helix HX6 engine oil Rs. 1000
    2) Purolator oil filter Rs. 120
    3) OEM Air filter Rs. 3xx

Now engine became smooth and more responsive thanks to engine oil change. I will check the mileage on highway.

Was this a service routine or just wanted to change engine oil, oil filter and air filter?

It was not routine service. I have completed 30,000 kms (3rd scheduled service) in December 2012.

From December 2012 to May 2013 I completed 7000kms and it was time to change the Oil filter, Air Filter and Engine oil as per MY service schedule.
