    Fiats in accidents!

Since we didn't have a thread dedicated to Fiats involved in accidents, here's one where we could do the post mortem of what happened, how it happened, how did the car fare in the accident and maybe even how it could be avoided.

To get the ball rolling, here are a few pics of a Linea that are apparently from Kollam. Seems the driver was drunk and collided with an SX4 -

    Re: Fiats in accidents!

Wonder if this indeed is a case of drunken driving. With front wheel axle (?) Broken and a flat rear tyre, looks to be caused by a burst tyre? No road divider or footpath is seen which could cause the suspension to break. Looks a mechanical issue is underlying. The tyre seems badly worn, too.

Overall the car looks intact. Something we come to expect of a Fiat, by default.
