Do u see rpm fluctuate when you depress clutch and you are mostly in bumper to bumper traffic?

No Rudrah, no fluctuation in the RPM, but when on the move there was clearly a loss of power and misfire

On the vibration issue, nothing has been done, it got resolved by itself.
I asked Rahul and Anil, they say might be there is some water or moisture left on the spark plugs when engine bay was washed. hence the behavior.

I am driving it since 2 days, its smooth and no issues. :-)

Yes, that could be the reason Channa. I avoid getting the engine bay washed regularly and it is only done under my supervision. I had a bad time once with the S10 due to moisture on the spark plugs and it took about a couple of days to resolve itself.

So this is good news then..nothing to worry about :-)

Time to change the engine oil.
This time switching to fully synthetic, ordered Shell helix Ultra 4W-40 from 99rpm for 3185INR.

Why did you select 99rpm instead of buying that oil from local engine oil dealer in your area.

Hows car now after new suspensions.

Buying from 99rpm for 2 reasons
    1. Authenticity is guaranteed
    2. Home delivery, no need to go searching for the shop.

Still getting the kat kat noise even after changing the suspension. Need to check thoroughly!

Angry Re: My Cheetah, My Canary Yellow Palio 1.6 Sports

After Shell Helix Ultra 5W-40, engine feels more silent and cant sense the happiness in its purr :-D

The long irritating kat kat sound has been finally fixed.
Tried every possible thing from replacing the shocks to mounts to strut pads.

Finally this was the culprit, these bushes are not available with FASS, hence had to order it from 99rpm and took sweet 15days to procure.

Yeah I have got 16 kmpl in my Palio 1.6 on highways...so that figure is definitely achievable.
